Remanufacturing & Reconditioning

MAT-3 can recondition or remanufacture existing lifts and their component parts, often times using materials and engineering that is stronger than the original design. MAT-3 can also help you bring your used aerial lift up to industry safety and operational standards. The scope of our remanufacturing and reconditioning work includes:

• New chains / cables, wear pads, hoses, sheaves and powertrack
• New tires
• Engine compression test
• Torque hubs inspected, resealed
• Brake and drive motor inspection
• Like-new exterior sheet metal (H, HA, HX models)
• Major hydraulic and electric component inspection
• Paint, safety decals, replacement manuals
